Our NCsoft Account Management website is currently experiencing severe loading time issues that are a direct result of our account-management and billing servers being overloaded. While you should be able to access your NCsoft account information from our home page, <a href="http://us.ncsoft.com/">http://us.ncsoft.com</a>, it may take several minutes for each page to load.

We are working quickly to resolve this issue to handle the extra site traffic with new server hardware for our account management and billing sites. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you and hope to have this resolved very soon.
